Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or SMS once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO Boxes or international addresses at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions and a return address
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged through misuse or negligence
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
