We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
